PilatesLife offers intimate class sizes in a relaxed but fun atmosphere, allowing you to concentrate on you and your body, taking time away from the stresses of daily life.
Whether chosen for rehabilitation or just for fun, you will soon start to see and feel the benefits.

All clients will require an initial 1:1 introductory session. This allows the instructor to check any relevant medical history, assess your posture and to help identify any particular area(s) that you need to focus on.

The session will also cover some of the Pilates Principles. The basics are essential and without these it is difficult to progress.
