- Qualified as a Physiotherapist in 1996
- Worked in the UK and Australia both privately and for the NHS
- Focus has been on Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy
- Started Modified Pilates training with the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) in 2005 and combines her Physiotherapy and Pilates skills in her current role as a Spinal Clinical Specialist
- Fully Certified Matwork, Gym ball and Ante/Post Natal Instructor
- Her knowledge and experience allows her to deliver Pilates to a very high standard ensuring safe and effective exercises
